This is a response to the complaint filed by [redacted] for the repairs completed to her 2013 motor home. Th's customer alleges that Central TX Collision Services overcharged her insurance company for these repairs.
Per the [redacted] and our shop manager, this customer was kept informed of every step in the repair process. She didn't seem to understand the process even though it was explained to her several timles by our [redacted] and several times by the [redacted].
Her insurance company approved all the charges to complete this repair. There was a supplement request for additional repairs which was submitted to her insurance company. These additional charges are often found after pieces are removed and damage is found underneath the pieces of fiberglass on the surface. This was also explained to her several times. Again, these additional charges were submitted to her insurance company and approved by them.
Both the [redacted] and [redacted] have over 40 years of combined experience in body repairs, supplement repairs and dealing with insurance
 
companies. In their experience, they have nev overpay for repairs. r had an insurance company
This customer was informed of how much she would have to pay out of pocket for her deductible. This amount did not change. The [redacted] explained to her that she had every right to call her insurance company and request information about the repairs and the amounts paid.
This repair shop prides itself in being fair to all its customers. We have long standing relationships with our customers due to the fact that we are honest and fair. Any additional information needed by us to conclude this matter will be provided upon request.
