This customer has been contacted (even before we knew that the Revdex.com had been contacted) and we are working towards a solution.We have been to this house many times to try to fix the seams in question. After another site survey by one of our people we have filed a claim with the manufacturer (Mohawk)...

as we feel the carpet is defective and is de-laminating too easily. We previously thought is was an installation problem but think the carpet is not performing the way it should. Mohawk was to send out a inspector to look at the carpet. The inspector was to contact and set up an appointment with her but Ms [redacted] has not responded yet to my phone call and message this week to see if an appointment was set up with the inspector. We are not satisfied with how the carpet looks and performs and are looking to get this resolved with Ms [redacted]. We have had a great track record of taking care of issues like this in the past and know that this will be handled.Please let me know if there is anything else needed from me.
