To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] was called by me (owner) after three months past for not paying on her repairShe had called in that her system had a leakThe repair was done on Nov09, We have a day period if things do not work, that we will come back out and fix, free of chargeThe tank she is talking about was under warrantyThere was no charge on it, but there was a labor chargeI heard of no complaints when the service tech came back from the repair nor did I hear anything for months, until I called her and asked for payment on the billShe did not want to pay for the repairI felt waiting months for payment was being pretty easy on someoneWhen I realized she was not going to pay, I informed her that if she needed service again, to call someone elseI could have taken it to court for collections, but decided not to put up with the hassleAlso, this is the first I heard ( from your response) about a shotgun ruinedThe story is not true.Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I do not agree with the letter *** wroteI called after the repair in November when I received my first bill and explained to a male worker that answered the phone that I did not agree with the amount charged due to the repair man stating the initial gentleman that installed the tank should not have installed it where he did and that was the reason for the hole in the bottom of the tankThe gentleman I spoke with stated he would tell management I did not hear from anyone until the owner,*** called me stating she was going to turn me into collections I explained to her my complaints and she replied "I gave you a free tank so you owe for the labor"I then told her the salt had ruined my wall and I was not responsible for the bill of her initial worker installing the tank wrongI then received a 2nd call a few weeks later from *** and I then asked her was my tank not under a warrantyShe then said yes it was but I still owe for laborI proceeded to tell her I would not pay for labor unless she paid for the gun and my wall that the salt had ruinedShe stated she was nt responsible for this and I owed for the labor or she would turn me into collections After a long conversation I told her she could turn me into collections bc I was not paying for a bill that her workers installed wrongShe told me I had days after installation to report any improper installation and I told her there was no way for me to know the tank had a hole in the bottom untIL it leakedShe called later and told me she would not turn me into collections but I was on a do not service list

To Whom It May Concern:[redacted] was called by me (owner) after three months past for not paying on her repair. She had called in that her system had a leak. The repair was done on Nov. 09, 2015. We have a 30 day period if things do not work, that we will come back out and fix, free of...

charge. The tank she is talking about was under warranty. There was no charge on it, but there was a labor charge. I heard of no complaints when the service tech came back from the repair nor did I hear anything for 3 months, until I called her and asked for payment on the bill. She did not want to pay for the repair. I felt waiting 3 months for payment was being pretty easy on someone. When I realized she was not going to pay, I informed her that if she needed service again, to call someone else. I could have taken it to court for collections, but decided not to put up with the hassle. Also, this is the first I heard ( from your response) about a shotgun ruined. The story is not true.Sincerely,[redacted]
