I spoke with the General Manager [redacted] from Culligan of Houston and resolved the issue. Brent was very professional, understanding and courtious and was very diligent in getting the issue to resolution, he explained the whole process and asked questions and really wanted to know my version of the complaint so it doesn't happen again in his organization.
