Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/24) */ The line was run through a cut out that apparently was there in the event the basement was ever finish for a possible air return to be put in. Nothing was said at the time. Now FIVE years later Mr. [redacted] is going to finish his basement and... asked us to move the line. After the work is done, he has decided that he should not have to pay for it. I have discounted his invoice by $30.95. That is all that I can do. We are trying to be reasonable.
