Our mechanic and Eric called *** together and *** stated the only reason the claim was denied was because of the oversized tires and confirmed that there is NO chip in our truck.? *** also stated that Tim’s should never have sold us this warranty.? It was a mistake of Tim’s to sell us the warranty.? I have called *** once and Eric has called four times and *** states the only reason the claim was denied was because of the oversized tires.? Tim’s is lying about the chip to try and cover THEIR mistake.? We tried to cancel the warranty right after purchasing the truck and they refused to cancel it and now they won’t stand behind the warranty they sold to us.? ?
