For the company to respond that I am no longer a customer speaks volumes as to they have no standards when it comes to providing customer service Why am I not a customer any longer? Please let me know my options

When the technicians came out and replaced the filters and tested the water - they did that with the "Under the sink" system in the kitchen.  I am discussing the whole house home system.  They never looked at that system after the date of installation.  This was confirmed when I talked with the representative who does the scheduling of appointments.  The technician that removed the equipment confirmed the original seal was still on the tanks even after they "rebuilt" the system.  He also stated the tanks are empty and that they need to be checked/replaced every year.  I complained because as a customer I assumed the system was working properly then my pipes are leaking again because the nitrates are eating away at the piping, therefore causing me to contact the company and start questioning the equipment.  If I had taken the company's word that the equipment had been properly repaired and in working order I would have continued to pay for a system that wasn't working properly.  That is even more frustrating.  How can this happen?

Review: My husband and I entered into a contract with Total Water Treatment Systems, Inc - Culligan for a whole house filtration system along with a drinking system that fit under our kitchen sink back in 2012 because we were replacing piping in our home which was caused by high nitrates in our water. A few months back we noticed that our pipes were leaking again and had to call in a plumber to replace them again. At the time we did another water test through a private consultant. Here there was no difference between what came out of our outdoor water hydrant and the water that went through the house filtration system. Every year I would make contact as required for them to come out and replace the filters in the system as that was part of the agreement. Unfortunately, I have learned that the whole house system was never inspected when service was replacing the filters in the under sink system.. When I made contact with the office about my concerns they stated that they were sorry this happened and would send somebody out to inspect it during my regular filter replacement appointment. They admitted there were no records to show the whole house system being serviced. When the technician arrived, they ended up replacing a seal pack in the system stating they had no idea how long it had not been working properly. The office never followed up with me to address that situation. I contacted the office again to express my concerns about paying for a system that obviously hasn't been working and who knows for how long. I was told a manager would get ahold of me. An individual did contact me and the reception was so poor I could not understand a word he was saying and had to end the phone call. I contacted the office again to express my concerns. I was told they would review the notes and determine what kind of credit I could receive. Again, I had to contact them where I finally stated I wanted the system removed from my home due to poor customer service and equipment that has not been working. Again I asked about reimbursement and she stated when the equipment came back they would be able to determine what could be worked out to rectify the situation. The serviceman came out on 11/2/2015 and removed the systems where he informed my husband that the whole house system cylinder was empty and still had the original seal on it. These systems need to be inspected every year and this one hadn't been serviced. So even when the individual came out on 10/15/2015 and replaced the seal they still did not determine if the filtration system was "doing its job". I have not heard from the company sense. I am absolutely furious that I have been paying for a system for several years and it has not been operating properly for most of it. It is also frustrating that the comments the service technicians tell us are not put on the work orders so that the customer has proof of the conversations. I have had to pay for a plumber and a private water consultant to rectify the situation on my end. All I asked was that I be reimbursed for the money I have paid out to Culligan since they did not hold up their end of the contract.Desired Settlement: I have been paying $47.48 for three years for the Culligan services. I am requesting two years worth of payments reimbursed to cover my expenses (Culligan payments, plumber costs, water testing costs, Customer Service frustration) for a total of $1,139.52 which is more then reasonable.
