Culligan Tri County Water Conditioning

Review: The water system was supposed to remove IRON and bad sulphur smell, the issue got worst as time went on I finally removed the system and the iron and the smell went away, the system that they sold me was a modified water softner the manual that came with it only referenced adding salt to it. I was told I had a Green Sand Filter that would remove the iron and smell. I have tried for 2 years to have them remove or replace the deffective system and all I get is another bill with no resolution.Desired Settlement: I want the defective system removed from my property and need to be reinbursed for all of the outof pocket expenses that I have paid for, I also want them to stop harrassing me with a bill and late fees and every time I call them someone will get back to me and no one ever does.
