Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.APCO did offer a discount to Mr*** due to the fact he was not happy with APCO. Mr*** did not feel that was enough. Therefore, APCO did offer to double the discount offered originally. A standard release and
settlement agreement would have needed to be signed by Mr*** regardless of the discount amount offered

APCO's service manager contacted our customer May 15th and an appointment was immediately set to address the concerns with the roof. We deeply regret the communication issues and are firmly committed to bringing this matter to a fair and proper resolution.
