I am rejecting this response because: I reported the issue on the billing cards, and requested several times to check the water qualityOnly in mid February we got the issue resolved, but the management of this company is avoiding to discuss the refund for the months that I paid wile the system was non operational (per your service manager)I left numerous messages to the office manager with request to contact me to discuss this matter, but no one has reply.I want regund for at least months of rent

We installed the rental equipment in March of and the first record we have of any problem was in FebWe manually post all rental payments along with the stubs and my office manager does not remember seeing any notes from Mr [redacted] If the equipment is not working to our customer's satisfaction it is up to them to notify usIn order to satisfy MrBakalov, we are willing to credit his account for months of rental feesHis monthly rental rate is $64.95, so the credit will be $If there are any questions please feel free to contact me

We have been in contact with Ms [redacted] and have serviced her equipment along with upgrading her softenerWe told her that if she was not satisfied with the operation of her equipment we would refund 100% of her original purchase priceIf she decides to keep the equipment we will give her an additional year parts and labor warranty on her equipmentThis was done about weeks ago

I asked for someone to come out and finish the job they were suppose to in the beginningWe were told someone would come out In two weeks from last date of service to make sure our twin tanks were working properlyDue to our system not operating properly due to no fault of our ownI need to have our water tested and see if the tanks are in need of being replacedLike we were originally toldI wish this company kept there word

on 2/16/we had a service tech repair all issues with their unitThe unit should be in good working order at this timeThere was no charge for the serviceIt is recommended that they add a Big Blue filter system

satisfaction it is up to them to notify us. In order to satisfy Mr. Bakalov, we are willing to credit his account for 3 months of rental fees. His monthly rental rate is $64.95, so the credit will be $194.85. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me.

system not operating properly due to no fault of our own. I need to have our water tested and see if the tanks are in need of being replaced. Like we were originally told. I wish this company kept there word.

There has been some communication failure between us and the [redacted]. We were called because of a leak and when we went the brine tank had leaked and we were told to unhook it because they were moving. We unhooked the softener system and set it aside. There was also a small leak on the carbon...

We told the Mr. [redacted] that when they moved we would bring them a new brine tank and carbon filter.We moved their equipment on 8/25/2016 and as we said we brought them a new brine tank and carbon filter. We completed the install yesterday afternoon.We will be following up with the [redacted] next week to make sure that they are satisfied with the install and operation of their equipment. We also brought them extra filters for their drinking water unit to try to amend for their troubles.When we do the follow up, we will address any of their questions or concerns.RespectfullyJoseph E T[redacted]

on 2/16/2018 we had a service tech repair all issues with their unit. The unit should be in good working order at this time. There was no charge for the service. It is recommended that they add a Big Blue filter system.
