Culligan Water Conditioning of Sioux Falls

After being a loyal Culligan customer for over 12 years, an overdue balance for a rental until, caused by mail not being forwarded, prompted them to send the bill to collections without any attempt to contact us via phone. I promptly paid the collections agency the overdue amount, however, Culligan refused to continue to honor our lease and gave us the choice of either purchasing the 12 year old unit for a couple of thousand dollars or collecting the unit. Clearly, Sioux Falls Culligan doesn't value longstanding customers, nor do they care about customer satisfaction.
