It saddens me to think that Ms *** says that we did not do the work that she asked to be doneShe brought her car in because it because it had a no start problemShe did tell the mechanic that the last time she had this problem it was due
to a corroded connector in the switches in the drivers side door this work was done at another shopShe was informed that all electrical work is done on real time hourly baseShe wanted it fixedThe mechanic looked at the switches and the wiring in the door and found no issuesThis took minutes to take the door panel off check the wiring then put back togetherHe then started looking for other possible causes for the no start problemHe found the battery cables corroded and the terminals slightly loose on the positive sideThis would cause a no start issueHe cleaned up the terminals and tighten the loose one upHe told Ms *** what he had found and that he thought that would fix her problemShe was grateful at the time, she then explained to him about the trunk lid having some issues and would he please fix thatHe worked her up an estimate for that work and she said fix itHe was an hour and fifteen minutes into the job when she recieved a phone call from someone and she told them that she was having the trunk lid latch repaired, and whoever she was speaking to told her not to get it fixed, so she had the office call the mechanic to the office so she could tell him not to fix itHe explained to her that he was almost done with itShe said she was not going to pay for it so take it offSo the mechanic took the new part offWe only charged her for the electrical timeWe could have charged her for one and a half hours more for the trunk lid problem but we did notWhen she left she was happy that we only charged her for the electrical time and apologized to us for the trunk lid issueSo I don't understand why she called us up an hour after she left and demanded her money backHer car was running when she left and when she called back it had not died and not started for her

Frist off the issues were all talked about at the same time an he didn't look where I told him to as its not in the door its in the floor an when I said to him that was where I wanted you to look at the wireing harrness at he told me if I knew where to fix it at why didn't I fix it .an no I wasn't happy whrn I left but how do you get your keys back from them .an him cleanin my cables has not fixed the problem an he never worked up no paper telling me nothing till I asked for my car back an he gave me the bill I knew nothing about a part

The mechanic did look at the wiring harness of Ms*** vehicleThere were no loose wires or any other indications that there might be a problem with the wiring harnessWe feel that we were very just in our fees of *** (her total should have been that plus *** for the trunk lid repairs).It amazes me that she thinks that she doesn't need to pay for work that she agreed to have done

He didnt do the wring harness ad I asked becouse when I said to him about the wring harness on the floor of the drivers door he told me if I knew how to fix it why didn't I well since then I had a neighborhood gentleman do the work an it now its fixed without any parts to fix the trunk as it is electronic I would be glad to pay for any work I have ever asked wells to do but I just didn't give him permission to clean my cables.and if he didnt understand where I wanted him to look at he should have came and asked me to show him instead of telling me since I knew where it was why didn't I fix it .so in the long run I did know where it was and I did get it fixed I thank them for all they have done for me in the past but this time it was not up to my expectations

I contacted Mr*** today regarding his concerns and we reached an agreement to which he was satisfied and said he would be contacting Revdex.com and letting you know that we were able to work this out.Thanks, Bill ***
