We bought some items using my wife's credit and payed the down payment with my cardTwo days later the salesperson which is a manager in the company that was teaching the wife of my brother in law how to do the presentation, ectcalled to say the card we used to pay the downpayment did not went thruI gave him the card number so he could veryfied it and we hang upThree minutes later the salesperson is asking me questions about my job, how long I have been there and other questionsI stopped him and ask him why he needed that information and he told me that the company is asking for that informationNext day I have a hard inquiry in my credit report without my autorization!!! We called the saleperson told him to cancel the order and asking for an explanation why it was done when specifically we told him that we did not want to used my credit because we are buying a houseThe saleperson told us that he will cancel the order but we would not help us with the credit inquiryThen he proceded to call the wife of my brother in law to talk trash about us We called his boss and told us that it was the first time something like this happens and that we have to call to cancel the order and she can not do anything about the inquiry in the creditThe maneger did not handle the situation right and neither the bossThe work ethic of that manager does not exist and make me wonder what he is teaching to the new people in the companyOverall really bad experience and definitely not recomending anything from this company or the company!!!

I am rejecting this response because:I contacted Asher's Limo to book a limo for my daughter's Sweet party at *** I in FACT asked the owner to rent the limo for photo shots at a "Red Carpet" entrance of *** *** The Limo
arrived at *** approx7:30pm and did not wait for the mother and the professional photographer to arrive at the event The driver did NOT ask the father if he could leave, he just left The limo did NOT return minutes later to eat his dinner in the parking lot of *** *** Guests were arriving throughout the night, and NO ONE ever saw the Limo again until the end of the night. I don't know how this company has stayed in business for years with this type of service HORRIBLE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL after they get ALL OF THEIR MONEY I hope EVERYONE READS THIS COMPLAINT AND THINKS TWICE ABOUT HIRING THIS COMPANY IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, RUN DON'T WALK ......THE OTHER DIRECTION!This company denied my daughter the opportunity to have photo shots at her Red Carpet Sweet Sixteen party Left the event before the client was able to instruct the driver of "next steps" - driver lied and said that father said to "go ahead and leave" Driver would of "Ran over" him!Did NOT respond to the voice message asking them to return - owner lied and said that no one called when I have cell phone proof that can NOT be erased.Did NOT return to the event until it was almost over - We have witnesses that kept looking for the limo and he did NOT return until the event was almost over.The owner and driver told me that the limo drive was gone for only 1/hrs, and now they say....gone for only minutes - again, we have witnesses that saw NO limo until the end.The owner lied and said that I never booked them for photo shots on a "Red Carpet," with the limoThat's the whole reason why someone would book a limo for a Sweet and pay over $for hrs Otherwise, I could of just booked Taxi's, for a piand drop-off.A full refund is DEMANDED and WARRANTED

I feel cheated and raped by the company about year ago my wife and I bought a very expensive mattress at least months can not sleep, we have called for the alleged guarantee of years, but do not give us a solutionthe seller simply tells us we have to pay for an extra service to replace a part of thisis the worst company with which I have tried in my life , can not recommend it to anyone!
