On March 9, 2016 the tenant received a 3-day letter for non-payment of rent.  Then on March 14, the tenant received a letter stating we were holding her partial payment of $450.00 and eviction proceeding would begin since payment was not received in full.  We received no further communication until  March 29 when [redacted] made another payment.  Since it was not payment in full another letter was sent to Ms. [redacted].   We will be going to court on Tuesday,  April 19.  It looks like they have made their decision.

complaint by [redacted]. [redacted] regarding roaches and a mouse in the apartment. First, [redacted]. [redacted] Your showing documents that prove me right by me saying that the came to my apt because regardless if I'm on the lease or not I live here with my daughter's mother I won have been on the lease but when you go to the office they are barely their. The so called exterminator came four times and the problems with roach are still not resolved and now mice are playing a part and you said we didn't make complaints how did they know we need an exterminator we obviously had to complain my girlfriend went down to the office and said something about the mouse the told her it could have came from the field and crawled all the way up to the third floor but let the exterminator tell it somebody had to bring it in I have video proof of the mouse I recently spotted and I have proof that even after the exterminator left we still seen roach activity so thank you for showing the documents the prove me right showing how many times a exterminator had to cum to our apt and still didn't solve the problem
