NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING NOR ARE THEY ATTEMPING TO DO THE REPAIRS!!!Water is STILL coming into my home causing damage to the property and I am sure there is mold and/or dry rotting as a resultThe beams can be easily located because they are CLEARLY visible on th wallsThe window seals are literally splitting, there is water damage at ALL entry/exit area to door trim, window seal, wood floors, etcThe drywall around the windows is buckled/warped from the damagesSomeone came here, however, he was blaming others for their lack of sufficiencyThere is water coming in from around the actual glass pane, windows are cracking for no reason, the water is damaging the wood floors, the house stays cold because there is NO TYVEK behind the siding and the siding keeps getting blow offThe house is NOT energy efficient as claimed, it is cost more in my utilities!! The case was closed assuming the company resolved the issues: WELL THEY HAVE NOT!!!!! Just as they did prior the Company doesn't even have the decency to return phone calls nor do they exhibit ANYA effort to fix what are CLEARLY BUILDER DEFECTS!!!! Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond. This customer quit her full time government job since she felt her business she started less than 2 years ago was sufficient income. She did not realize that this would affect her qualifications. She would not attempt to get...
another position in order to get the loan back on track. She requested to cancel the agreement. The default is based on the customer’s request to cancel. Secondary reason was her decision to quit her job voluntarily that negatively impacted her ability to obtain a loan. We also attached our response letter that was sent to the customer as well.K.
