Culture Shock

Review: I placed an order (#[redacted]) and was promised that it would be shipped within 7 days. I have not received the order and have attempted to get a status of the order by email and by phone. When I placed my last call, I received a recording stating the phone number has been temporarily disconnected. The order was for $92 and since I am on a fixed income cannot afford to have this company take my money without delivering the product.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the dress I ordered or have my money ($92)returned to me in full.
