Review: I sent her a pair of reins, she disputed the matter, received a refund, I contacted her to get them back or the $14, she told me she would ship the item back on monday 8/19/13. I have since been blocked and cannot contact her. I want my money back from this person, I also plan on contacting her police department.Desired Settlement: I want the full $30 back from her as she has sold the item already.

I just received a second later stating I did not respond to a complaint against my company. I did indeed respond. The ID # is [redacted]. I would like for you to ackowledge the recipt of this fax to [redacted]

The woman that filed this complaint is a scam artist and if you check the Revdex.com complaints, you will find numerous complaints about her on your own site! In fact, here is the information to call the police department in her area to file a complaint because she has ripped so many people off:

The [redacted] Police Department has assigned a detective who is dealing with [redacted]. If anyone has been ripped off or know someone who has been, call the [redacted] Police Department at ###-###-#### and tell them you need to file a report and or talk to the detective assigned to [redacted] cases and let's hold her responsible and get justice while they have her cases open. Then the more people we can show she ripped off, the better we are taken serious by the police, courts, ect. And we can get our money back and justice.

The two business names she has used to scam people are [redacted] and [redacted] that are known as of now.

I had ordered a pair of reins from her and she gave me a date on when they would be shipped. The date came and went and I tried to make contact with her. I received no reply. I was made aware of her being a scam artist and filed a dispute with [redacted] as this is how I paid for the reins. They tried making contact and were unable to receive a reply from her so I was refunded my money. I then received a VERY nasty message from her on how I overdrafted her account by getting a refund and that she was out of town and was unable to get any of the messages (but, I must add here, she sure was able to use her phone when trying to get the order from me in the first place). She told me she sent out the reins AFTER KNOWING I had been refunded the money and sent an invoice out to me to repay for them. I did not want them at this point - I had been refunded my money and told her to send up a postage paid envelope and they would be returned to her.

These were $12 reins - she sent an invoice for $30 because she felt I needed to pay for the overdraft fees in her account. These reins came in an envelope with only my address on the front - no return address at all or I would have refused them. I had no idea on what they were as I do repairs on tack and was expecting an item from a woman to repair or I would have never opened it and refused the delivery. She is very slick in her dealings.

You can make contact with her and let her know I do have the reins and am still awaiting a return envelope. I did check with a legal figure and I do not have to pay for these as the order had been cancelled - she knew I had been refunded and sent them anyhow. I had to put a block on her because of numerous threats and refuse to make contact with her.

I am very disappointed in your threats of making a “stink” on your site about this whole ordeal. How about when you receive a complaint, you look into the person filing the complaint.. I can’t believe you sent threatening letters without actually checking into a situation first. I have NEVER and I repeat NEVER had a single complaint about my business and I will not stand back and watch a scam artist destroy my reputation.

And I do repeat - you can contact her and tell her to send up the postage paid envelope or you can send a postage paid envelope to me and I will send these back. In my opinion, this is all harassment and I will not tolerate this. If I receive another letter stating I did not reply to your letter when indeed I have replied, I will contact my attorney and see what I can do about this little scammer situation.
