Review: I bought a scooter on April 7th 2014 and while at the dealer, I called Culver Insurance to get insurance. The person on the phone faxed the paperwork and I asked several times how much I'll be paying total for one year of insurance, was told it's $239,30 which I paid via credit card over the phone. I signed the paperwork and faxed it back. Last week I got a bill from [redacted] Insurance asking for another $112 and when I called and asked about it, they informed me that 200 of the $239 were an agent fee. Nobody had told me about that fee when I asked about the total amount on the phone. The agent I talked to about that issue basically laughed in my face, telling me that it's my fault since I signed the paperwork.Desired Settlement: I would like the money refunded since I haven't been told that I have to pay this $200 fee.
