Company response – During the transport of this home there were multiple snow piles from recent plowing throughout the community. These obstacles forced us to use an alternative route that could only be...

completed by crossing in to the property easements along the roads on the way out. I am aware of 3-4 properties that we went across to exit the community. A couple weeks after the incident I met 2 of those owners at their homes with my crew. After discussions with them we brought top soil, straw, and new grass seed out. We repaired any of the areas that were affected by our equipment. I also informed them to contact me in the spring if any issues arose with their sprinkler system. I offered them my cell phone number ([redacted]. At that time I also traced our route through the community and cleaned up 2 other properties in a similar fashion where the owners were not present. Hopefully this remedied their dissatisfaction. The Pot Nets mobile home communities are tightly designed for deliveries and the existing conditions made it challenging to complete our work. We acted as professionally as possible and I, being present during the clean up, am satisfied with the way the issue has been resolved. If this consumer or any others are having issues with their sprinkler systems, which I assume at this point they are not as I have not heard, I offer that they contact me to come to a resolution. Review: On March 9, while moving a home from [redacted] in the Pot-Nets community of [redacted] in Long Neck, Delaware, the company's truck negligently drove across our lawn, damaging an approximately 15-foot deep section of our entire front yard. Possible damage to our irrigation system cannot be determined until the system can be turned on. Because we were out of town, we did not see the incident occur. However, we were contacted by neighbors who recorded the truck's license number. The incident was reported to Pot-Net's offices, who contacted Culver & Pierson. Since returning from our vacation, we have sent a letter and left numerous telephone messages at Culver & Pierson, none of which have been acknowledged. Additionally, Pot-Net's calls and the calls of at least two neighbors who also sustained damage, have not been returned.Desired Settlement: We request the company return our messages with an explanation of how and when repairs of our lawn and irrigation system will be made.
