To Whom It May Concern:I meant [redacted] and her husband, ***, at the Open House I held on Sunday, April 24, at [redacted] .I did offer them the house to rent on April at pm by email That evening I received a voice mail from [redacted] on my office phone (which I have kept) saying that they were very busy with work and church and the soonest she could meet me would be Friday, April 29, I’ve attached the emails we had also.I contacted the next couple to qualify on morning of April 27, and they met me with the deposit and we did the offer to rent.I could not wait until Friday for the deposit as I must keep moving forward to find a tenant I’ve done this for years and many times when someone puts you off they are looking at other places and waiting to get a response and then back out of mine By holding the property without a deposit I would loss those days marketing it if they would have backed out.Yes, I knew they had sold their home but had no idea when it was closing I used the $to run the reports I did mail their credit reports back to them I also mentioned I had another rental coming up and she said “I was crazy to think she would do business with me” They are a nice couple and I am sorry things didn’t work out.Fondly, [redacted]

[redacted] and her husband, [redacted], at the Open House I held on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at [redacted].
I did offer them the house to rent on April 26 at 2 pm by email.  That evening I received a voice mail from [redacted] on my office phone (which I have kept) saying that they were very busy with work and church and the soonest she could meet me would be Friday, April 29, 2016.   I’ve attached the emails we had also.

I could not wait until Friday for the deposit as I must keep moving forward to find a tenant.  I’ve done this for 30 years and many times when someone puts you off they are looking at other places and waiting to get a response and then back out of mine.  By holding the property without a deposit I would loss those days marketing it if they would have backed out.
Yes, I knew they had sold their home but had no idea when it was closing.  I used the $14.00 to run the reports.  I did mail their credit reports back to them.  I also mentioned I had another rental coming up and she said “I was crazy to think she would do business with me”.
They are a nice couple and I am sorry things didn’t work out.
Fondly,
[redacted]
