Smart Start is ripping people off and theirs is nothing that can be doneI tried getting help from the DOT, but this was useless, they have Jolyn S [redacted] in there back pocketI tried the [redacted] office and was talked down to, and then I had the phone hung up on meJerri M [redacted] is not a nice person, she is actually a very rude person; I complained about her, but of course nothing will happen The problem is that this company has found was to for people and they basically do what ever they wantIf there equipment is bad, you still get chargedI know someday they will get caught, it's only a matter of time
