Culvers Frozen Custard

We tried to place a takeout order to this restaurant but nobody answers the telephone, ever. They have a recording saying they are not available to take your call and please leave a message, we will call you back. We had to go to Fort Atkinson anyways so we tried it and left my phone number. Nobody called back so we went there to order a 16 piece chicken and a family fry and said we could wait the 25 minutes for it to be done, and we would return to get it when it is done. They told us we had to pay for the order ahead of time and bring the receipt in to get the chicken when we return, the kid was very rude about it and it sounded wrong but we paid. When we returned we noticed they charged us for the complete 16 piece dinner and a family fry, we wanted a 16 piece chicken only and 1 family fry. The girls at the window argued with me and said they had to get the manager. 12 minutes later they refunded the entire order and charged us for the 16 piece and fries. When I asked them why they do not answer the telephone the guy didn't say a word and closed the window.
