As I stated before, I attempted to contact the business on several occassions to discuss the serviceAfter I received no response, I could only assume the service was questionableI therefore contacted and paid another company to perform the maintenance.Regards,*** ***

I am writing this as a response to [redacted]
We performed our service on 11/5/13 which included a cleaning and inspection. Our inspection found chimney to be unsafe in present condition.
We followed up with an estimate to repair the chimney.
[redacted] wanted photos that are not included with service
We could not locate photos and would have given them to her had we had them still
The service was performed and to this date we have not been paid
We have followed up with a call to [redacted] and they had informed me they were out there and their report stated nothing was wrong
We stand behind our report and will seek remedy for payment

Review: Cumberland Chimney Sweeps was hired to perform routine chimney cleaning on 11/5. Homeowner was not home. Invoice left at residence states deterioration with repair needed for safety, in addition to an emergency call fee. Homeowner requested pictures detailing findings on 11/6 from Cumberland Chimney Sweeps. Information was to be supplied within same day by [redacted] and [redacted] and Cumberland Chimney Sweeps. Homeowner contacted Cumberland Chimney Sweeps on 11/8 requesting follow-up. No response. Homeowner contacted Cumberland Chimney Sweeps on 11/15 requesting follow-up. No response. All requestes were directed to [redacted]. Due to lack of correspondance and questionable service, homeowner hired and paid for another company to perform maintenance. Homeowner received late invoice in January 2014 and called Deb at Cumberland Chimney Sweeps. Homeowner detailed lack of communication with [redacted] and was informed that [redacted] is no longer with the company. [redacted] stated she would reviewpaperwork and contact homwowner regarding dispute. 3/3 Homeowner receives threatening call from [redacted] at Cumberland Chimney Sweeps regarding collection. Homeowner explained situation to [redacted] who repeatedly ignored homeowner.Desired Settlement: Homeowner should not be liable for invoice from Cumberland Chimney Sweeps as services were questionable.
