[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Fact #- The day of the accident causing displacement for my daughter and myself, I was NOT offered another apartment at Cumberland Court HomesThe property manager asked if my daughter and I had somewhere to stayShe told us she did NOT have a vacant apartment, the only vacant apartment at the time was the one below ours that was damaged in the accidentThe other tenants affected and myself were told to save all receipts for the insurance claim against USAA, especially if we had motel receiptsThe property manager texted me a copy of the driver's USAA auto insurance policy card Fact #- The police and property manager were NOT told by me that we had no renters insuranceWe in fact doI subsequently called my policy issuer and was told I was NOT covered for loss of use/access to the apartment and my belongings due to the accidentThere is no provision for that in the policyThey could not help me with displacement costsThey suggested the commercial insurance policy covering the apartment complex should have a provision Fact #- I did speak personally with Mrs [redacted] , but the call was not initiated by herWe spoke by phone only after I tracked down her new phone # (as they changed their existing onewhich I attempted to call - this after I could not reach the property manager and left voicemails without getting any reply about the time frame for the repairs - I got an answering machine when calling the listed property owner phone # saying "you have reached Pablowski Heating and Plumbing." I realize property managers are hired to handle matters for the property owner; however being displaced is NOT a minor thing and after being told the work was being handled by the owner himself, Tom [redacted] and not the property mgr, a phone call from the owners would have been appreciated Fact #- The contractor is currently using electricity from my apartment (power still in my name and bill still coming to me) to work on the repairs, I have photographs of the cord plugged into the outlet on the balcony and feeding through the downstairs apartment to the front of the apartment at the worksite Fact #- I was never told to call their commercial property insurance issuer with a claim regarding the lost rent money or displacement costsTo the contrary, my text messages and phone calls to the property manager requesting the insurance information for a claim were ignoredSetting the facts straight, Sherry [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Fact #1 - The day of the accident causing displacement for my daughter and myself, I was NOT offered another apartment at Cumberland Court Homes. The property manager asked if my daughter and I had somewhere to stay. She told us she did NOT have a vacant apartment, the only vacant apartment at the time was the one below ours that was damaged in the accident.
