Maintenance half [redacted] fixes issues and when you move out don't expect your deposit back. They will charge outrageous amounts on General wear and tear not just damage. Then if you attempt to get clarification they treat you like scrum and just threaten using the courts because they know the families that live there work pay check to paycheck and can't afford to miss work to fight their bogus aligations.
