Cumberland Farms

Employees drag the garbage bags along the store front sidewalk and all the juice drips out and tried. It's been like this for months and it looks like a pig pen. I would hope that the maintenance crew would pressure wash the sidewalk to prevent spreading of the germs. Customer's have to walk on it to get in and out of the store and spread it into the car. Take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of your store fronts.

I will keep this review simple. Rude cashier that addresses her customers aggressively. Made a purchase at this location after not visiting due to poor customer service. As a proud city council member, I pride myself on voting what is best for the community in which I serve. Upon this visit, I was greeted by a very pleasant cashier Keith which encouraged an additional purchase in which I made. Upon returning to the line, Keith's line was long and associate Isabelle opened a register. Do wish I would have known what everyone else that remained in Keith line knew. "It would be worth the wait." Keith was very pleasant and knows a little about customer service. As far as Isabelle, I only recommend some additional customer service training. I will put in a recommendation at our next meeting to visit website and comments plus visit sites of problem areas to keep our community friendly. Me and my thirteen year old daughter went into the route 94 Cumberland farms in New Windsor NY at 728 pm. It was at this time the three men that were working there was having a conversation. In the conversation they were using words like mother fker. Dam st loudly. Other customers were shaking their heads. They didn't care about what they said and had no regrets about what they said. I left and told my whole family not to go back to that place at night any more. Ok

I bought a Tracfone top up phone card at the Okeechobee Boulevard, West Palm Beach store just lately for $15.00 which with tax came to $16.48. The card did not work when I tried to load it onto my phone, so I asked for my money back which legally is what is supposed to happen if you buy something that doesn't work.

I was told by the "manager" at the store that they sell the cards but do not bear any responsibility for if it works or not. So I guess I am supposed to just give them $16.48 for a product that doesn't work.

I believe these guys are out of the UK where illegal activity is the norm and there is no recourse, but they are about to find out how the legal system works in the US. Be very careful with them because they purportedly called "customer service" for Tracfone on their phone and proceeded to ask for every sim card number, IMEI number, serial number etc I am right in thinking that if you give out all the numbers on your phone to an "unknown source" and even though you have the physical phone, they can act as though they are a proxy and actually have the phone because they have all of these numbers, especially the IMEI number. This is not to be given out lightly. BUYER BEWARE!
