contractor arrived to install the countertop, [redacted] was adamant about the sink being too large. Although the contractor proved it to be the correct size, [redacted] send him away, contacted Cumberland Kitchen and asked for a smaller sink. She mentioned she wanted a small sink in order to fit a shelf she had been thinking about. A smaller sink was ordered, the contractor returned to complete the install and [redacted] paid in full. As far as this “shelf” , Cumberland Kitchen had no involvement! We did not design for it, nor did we supply any materials for it. [redacted] contacted Cumberland Kitchen over a month and a half after paying in full, a call was returned within 24 hrs and a message left on her machine. She then popped in a couple weeks ago ranting unstable verbiage. At this point I feel it is in the best interest of Cumberland Kitchen to ignore any requests by [redacted].
