Review: Made an appointment for Monday at 9am... not only did they not have me scheduled. They had the car registered to another person. My daughter took time off of work to take my car for me because I am 80 years old. ...
they said it would take almost 2 hours for the service requested.
So she said no she already wasted a half hour just waiting in line and them to find the car in their computer she could not wait another 2 hours. Now my inspection is due by the end of the month and she cannot take off work to take it back. Yes it's a 2013 golf and I bought the vehicle there.Desired Settlement: Give loaner car to daughter so she can drop off car the night before and then it the next day.
