Cumming Construction

Review: Cumming Construction was contracted to build a roof deck on our home. This included a new roof, deck, and an outdoor water line for hose hookup. After about 3 months of usage, a leak occurred due to a broken seal where the line was cut for the outdoor hookup. Our home incurred damage of the lower ceiling above the leak. A few months later the outdoor piping burst. The ceiling above the leak and the outdoor piping both need to be fixed. After initially agreeing to fix the problems, the contractor has been unresponsive after continued outreach on our part. Also, after about six months, a large leak has occurred under a portion of the roof that was covered under the warranty of the original project. We have repeatedly requested the contractor come out to look at the problem but have not received a response.Desired Settlement: We are looking for help to have above problems serviced and fixed or a refund so that we can get the problems fixed by another contractor.
