Cummings Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

My homeowners insurance sent invoices for this company to complete my repair work but they never contacted me nor responded to my phone calls.
On August 26, 2016 my homeowners insurance chose Cummings to service my duct work that needed to be repaired. I gave the company a week to contact me but I never recieved a phone call. I called the warranty company who resent the invoice to Cummings and advised me to try and call them. On September 6th I called Cummings and got a busy signal for most of the day. Finally by 5 pm the phone rang but of course they were already closed for the day so I left a voicemail to return my call. I have them a whole day and still they never returned my call. So on September 8th at 10 am I called them again, and yet again no answer so I left another voicemail to return my call. Then I proceeded to call the warranty company and they also tried to get ahold of Cummings to no avail. The warranty company ended up sending my repair work to another company who called me right away! It's unfortunate that this company is used by a home warranty group but is not at all reliable. Even if they could have called to say hey I'm too busy to come out, then at least I could have had another company come out sooner to fix my ductwork so maybe I could save on a nipsco bill and stop air conditioning my Crawlspace in this 90 degree weather.
