The homeowner has been communicated with multiple times via phone and email.  We charged the fee for services rendered.

accepted funds that they knew would be duplicated by the assuming HOA Management Company. Therefore I was charged double. I realize, after several emails, that Anchor Community Management feels they rightfully were due this fee and therefore find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
