Dear Customer,We apologize for the delay in deliveryUnfortunately, you are not aware of it , but the City of Houston Police, Harris County Sheriffs Department, Department of Public Safety all make a living issuing tickets to commercial vehicles that are not road worthy,drip oil, make too much noise, have bad tires, have a light burnt out, and so onWhen one of our vehicles has an issue we are at the mercy of the mechanic fixing the vehicle before we can put it back on the roadYour delay was not a mechanic issue but a police enforcement issue.We sent a truck that morning to Brazoria County to make a delivery, the police were stopping all trucks in a general area and inspecting them to write ticketsThe officer had our truck follow him to a parking lot where they had over other trucks receiving the same inspectionsAfter a two hour delay, they let our truck leave, with no ticketThis is part of the business, getting stopped and wasting time , but the police keep us safe from unsafe trucks on the road.Now you do not get delivered due to this inspection delay and we tried to get you delivered but we ran out of day time work hours.Once again we apologize for the delay.Management Team

We performed the installWe warranty grass for the first ten days during transition period of roots setting upGrass knitted to ground Install was done professionallyThere is no issue with the quality of workmanshipThe issue is sod web worms that seem to have attacked this customers grass.We
spoke to grass farm who we bought the turf from and they state they perform the automatic protocols for keeping such a pest out of their fields as it would wreak havoc on their cropsSince we are such a large customer, grass farm agreed to give one replacement pallet to customerIssue is where did the sod web worms come from? since a moth lays eggs in turf to cause the sod webworm the question is when did the grass become infected with the insectSince customer does not see sod webworm in neighbors grass they assume it *** from the new grassThe sod webworm is ravaging lawns all across *** and due to this epidemic no one can quite determine where the webworms are coming from.Customer wants all grass refunded or all grass installed to be replacedRight now we can drop a pallet of grass off at customer house, but we would have to charge to remove and replace the grass.I have stated to customer I will address with farm one more time a grass replacement of all four pallets.This is not an easy problem to fix as the insect has done the problem not the quality of work
