I am sorry that your radio system was stolen from your truck while it was parked at Cummins Crosspoint LLC
We are very fortunate that we do not have an issue with property being stolen from our locationin fact, to the best of my memory, this is the first incident this yearI feel confident
in saying that we do not have an employee issue and that our policies are followed to the best of everyone abilities
As stated on the reverse side of our work orders and invoices, Cummins Crosspoint LLC is not responsible for personal equipment left in a vehicle while parked on its lot
Again, I am sorry for the loss of your radio equipment and would welcome your correspondence if you would like to discuss the matter further

I am very sorry that I DID not CALL THE POLICE at  that present time I was told by employee to go to front office and they will take care of me instead I was greeted with a sorry about your luck attitude theirs nothing I can do for you your loss company policy so the problems is that if I would have called police out and the manger would have had a little more concern for his paying customer and respect for the money that was being spent just maybe my outcome would have been better. This company is using a easy way out instead of addressing the problem which is someone STOLE MY CB RADIO OUT OF MY TRACTOR WHILE IT WAS ON THEIR PROPERTY IN THEIR CARE FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
