This office has not received any other notification from this customer and was not aware of the complaint. I havealready contacted the customer and let...

them know that I will be gathering information and reviewing their complaint. At this point I am still waiting for the customer to provide information about the Cummins engines they own andeverything will be reviewed when it has been received to determine the appropriate response.I want to point out that the engines they own appear to be well outside of the warranty period and they purchased them used from a third party.
