I am responsding to the complaint filed by [redacted] here is a detailed responseThis tenant has been late on many and many occasion for th rent due for [redacted] **In the last months, January thur June, he was late at least days every month and issue checks returned by the bank as insufficient fundsHis claim of over paying late fee does not include the fact that a return check is not payment and late fee are charge from the first of the monthWe received no lease payment for the month of July, and therefore after request, and broken promises on his part, we gave notice in writing, placed on the front door of Breach of Lease with notice to Cure and a Termination of OccupancyBoth in a sealed envelope with his name and address on it and highlighted VERY IMPORTANT PAPERS ENCLOSEDA [redacted] answered the door and asked what was and was told to pay the rent or leave by my employee [redacted] has since responded he does not live there but he seems to , in violation of the lease and HOA rules, operate several business from that address which would make him a tenantEnclosed are two business advertisments for on the interne showing that address as businesses.Sinerely, [redacted] ? ?

I am rejecting this response because: ** *** has failed to address my complaint of overpaid late fees What I would like is a statement of all moneys paid to this organization but when I requested some sort of reconciliation I was advised that they aren't my bookkeepers and it still to this date has not been addressed Please see the attached email chain between myself and ** ***
