Thank you for the inquiry of Mr*** ***. Cummins wants our customers to have great experiences with our products and are disappointed to learn that Mr***’s experience was not up to our or his expectations. We have investigated the issue and have learned that the engine repair was
completed on June 2. It appears that parts delays were the issue, but then expedited to finish the job We noticed that the complaint was submitted on May 19, cover letter dated June and made it to Cummins sometime after that which was too late for it to have any effect on the repair. If problems occur in the future, we suggest that the customer contact Cummins Care at 1-615-871-for assistance. Cummins Care will assist in locating the nearest authorized repair location and repair event scheduling as well as communication throughout the process.
