Cummins Insurance

Took business commerical insurance May2018-May 2019 paid the premimum in full april 2019 2400.00 called clay cummins twice and sent a letter in jume 2019 had canceled my insurance in feb 2019 as I sold the business asked for a 2 month refund, No return call and no ck sent. In May 2019-2020 I had to take fire insurance on the business building as I rented it So I paid for the year 1800.00 In April 2019. Was told at that time from Clay Cummins my ck shouls be coming NO CK 8/5/2019 5 months money was paid both times to the agent Cummins Insurance Agency. On 8-3-2019 I received a letter from *** Insurance Company saying my insurance will cease 9/3/2019 due to failure to provide required recent inspection findings. So I called *** insurance company ( talked to ***) Told them that I never received and notification of the inspection findings and they said it was sent to my agent Cummins Insurance in July. I told *** to cancel my policy *** Commercial package he said to send him that in writting and I did 8/5/2019 But he said my money has to come from agent cummins ins company since money was paid to them. I called Cummins insurance company twice 8/5/2019 they promised me that they would call be back BUT AS YOU KNOW NO CALL! NO RESPONSE!!! NO REFUND check!!!! Plan change to an agent that cares about there customers. So Sad have been a customer for more that 20 years and always paid my bills. Some years spent 10,000 a year in insurance . 2019 spent with this agent 8000.00 I guess they dont need my business but they are not going to scam money from me they need to pay this senior! that lives on a fixes income. I dont have this kind of money to be giving away to an insurance company! I told them if they did not call me back I was sending a letter to Revdex.com on 8/5/2019, They just dont care...
