Cummins did fix the fan hub one time, but since they fixed it on 10/26/the fan hub has fallen off againCummins fixed it twice and it fell off twiceI would like for them to refund our money as they weren't able to fix it so the fan hub wouldn't fall offThey should have a guarantee on their workThe fan hub shouldn't have fallen off months after they fixed itI spent $for nothing

Cummins received the complaint via email and attempted to resolve this complaint with the customer without success. The customer sent a letter "elevating him complaint to a legal" status and he has been advised by his attorney not to discuss this complaint.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, we were happy at the time that it was finally done. It took a month for them to fix it twice. My issue is that the fix only lasted 6 months. Is that the type of service I should expect from Cummins after paying 7,000? Does Cummins not warranty their work? I have had to spend additionally money to remove the fan hub and fabricate another way to cool the motor. Does that sound like it is fixed?Additionally, the motor mounts have come out.

Cummins performed the repairs the customer authorized. We provide the customer with additional recommended repairs. The customer was pleased at the time.
