9/23/16 To Whom It May Concern, We have received the complaint filed with you by Ms, [redacted] and have investigated what took place on the date of her service and the days following to the best of our ability and without all of the facts being made available to us. What we have concluded...

follows:There was no conversation, as she states, with the Technician on the date of her visit about any dent or with anyone else at our location about any concerns she might had had at that time concerning a dent or anything else. On the date of her visit to us there were several managers on site and none were approached or called by Ms. [redacted], On the days following her visit to us there were no messages left for the Service Manager or any other Manager at the site. Our business practices and Code of Ethics require that all accidents filed by customers or employees are thoroughly investigated at the time such an incident occurs. Photos and statements are taken and full reports are written and submitted to our Safety Department and upper Management. At no time was there any such claim therefore, a complete and thorough investigation could not take place. Despite all of the above listed, in the interest of fair and ethical business practices, because Ms. [redacted] is unhappy with our service, we have credited the invoice in full. There will be no further attempts to collect any funds from Ms. [redacted] concerning this service event. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
