Cummins Sales & Service

I am rejecting this response because: I never agreed to that bill, I paid it accordingly because the issue wasn't resolved when I spoke with the Service ManagerI had an complete engine overhauled and I contacted Cummins Bridgeway in several locations and they quoted the job required hours of labor, and I was charged for hours of labor, why?

Per our conversation attached is the invoice in question from Mr. [redacted], the work was started on 12/17/2014 and then completed on 1/9/2015.
