Thank you for the inquiry of Mr [redacted] ***.? Cummins wants our customers to have great experiences with our products and are disappointed to learn that Mr***’s experience was not up to our or his expectations.? We have investigated the issue and have learned that the engine repair was completed on June 2.? It appears that parts delays were the issue, but then expedited to finish the job ? We noticed that the complaint was submitted on May 19, cover letter dated June and made it to Cummins sometime after that which was too late for it to have any effect on the repair.? If problems occur in the future, we suggest that the customer contact Cummins Care at 1-615-871-for assistance.? Cummins Care will assist in locating the nearest authorized repair location and repair event scheduling as well as communication throughout the process.? I cant sent you copy of email that I sent to customer service because I went to cummins web site and there is a place to contact ce, so I filled it out and sent it and I never received any responces or copies because it was sent through a web site and not a personal emailI don't have names of people that I spoke with because I don't remember it now because it was done a month ago and plus they were keep transferring? me to different people and it was hard to keep trackcopy of receipt is included? I am writing in response to your letter regarding a complaint that was submitted to the Revdex.com with ID # [redacted] .This office has not received any other notification from this customer and was not aware of the complaintI havealready contacted the customer and let them know that I will be gathering information and reviewing their complaintAt this point I am still waiting for the customer to provide information about the Cummins engines they own andeverything will be reviewed when it has been received to determine the appropriate response.I want to point out that the engines they own appear to be well outside of the warranty period and they purchased them used from a third party.Regards,David [redacted] Cummins, Inc
