Fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Have received at least 5 brown letters that look like the come from my Credit Union. On the outside it states” Your signature is requested on the enclosed STATEMENT OF BENEFITS”. I would have thrown it out had the envelop not looked like an important letter from my Credit union. Inside in big res letters “SIGN and RETURN”. Your signature is requested on the enclosed STATEMENT OF BENEFITS” You have to read the small pint to find out that they will charge you. I find this solicitation letter very DECEIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This insurance agency is a threat to my identity theft. I am not interested in your "Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance," nor have any idea why Chartway Credit Union gave them my information.

DO NOT waist your time with this group!!! They say they will help in time of need, though after being laid off from work, then on unemployment and the surgery soon after. from February to September. This ridiculous company said that I have been paying into for four years denied me!!! They said I was not working 25 hours or more at time of lay off from work!!! It should NOT determine how much or less a person works regardless!!! I have been paying into this "protection" program to ensure that I would be taken care of these times of need. I fell behind a couple months of making my payment to my loan company with only 7 more months to go until pay off. In hopes that I could get to use this "PROTECTION" program. I received no paper work emails Just a phone call stating tht I was denied!!! This is total crap do not use these people

Fraudulent and deceptive business practices. My Trustage life insurance policy thru CUNA/CMFG was upgraded with my knowledge or consent!! I only discovered months later via written documents, the company refunded a part of the overcharged but have never contacted me to resolve or apologize, Apparently they do not take fraudulent, deceptive practices and theft charges seriously. Classic bait and switch scheme, buyer beware! I have filed a formal complaint against the company.
