Cunningham Construction

Review: [redacted] of Cunningham Construction contracted to take the paneling down and paint our family room for $[redacted] on March 10, 2015. We gave him $[redacted].** down and he was to return the next day to do the work he said would only take a day and a half. He did not show up. After many calls he finally came about a week and a half later. They took down some of the molding in the family room and declared the walls were too compromised and they could not complete the work because they would have to put drywall over the walls. They left to order dry wall from [redacted] and have it delivered and said they would return. They did not return nor was the drywall delivered. My husband called and texted to let them know we could no use them because they were too busy and we would like to have our money back. He only responded when we threatened to file charges. He said through a text that he would return our money after the Easter holiday but has never returned our deposit.Desired Settlement: $[redacted].** we gave him as a deposit.
