I thought that I emailed a response within minutes of first receiving this complaint I have also spoken to Mr [redacted] Here is my brief response: All of us at Cunningham treat our customers fairly and work hard everyday to provide terrific workmanship [redacted] Ois not being straight with the facts We did not damage her door We have had a stellar reputation for decades for good reason

I am shocked and disappointed by your comments On our first visit your only concern was keeping your soon to be ex-husband out of the garage We went to great lengths at your direction to prevent him from getting access At no time did we do anything to damage your door Quite the contrary! We charged our minimum rather than for all of the time spent on our first visit We returned that night at no additional charge and fixed damage to the top section You have not called my company since that evening I honestly do not believe that two other door companies said we broke your door I would appreciate knowing who those companies are I find it ironic that you complain about how our technician “treated” you You were belligerent the entire time My technician dismissed your rudeness knowing that you were going through a divorce Our technician has been installing and repairing doors for years We truly have never had a customer complain about how he treats them We very often get compliments on his demeanor and his skills The Cunninghams truly employ good people that genuinely treat our customers with respect Sincerely, [redacted]

https://www.facebook.com/***.villarrealosman/posts/*** you can view the damage caused by their installer and their very unprofessional response to me on this page The installer was here less then a half hour and my personal life has nothing to do wtih what they damaged I have had other companies look at this and they both said the same thing The installer obviously over adjusted the depth on the door when he inserted the screw driver into some holeI never directed them to do anything but to do a very simple code change on my door

 I have very detailed pictures of the damage they done to my door.  I am being straight with the facts. Plain and simple the technician that came to my house JR adjusted the depth too far back and it wouldnt stop.  They left my house and I had opened it twice and that is the damage that was caused.  I was treated so rudely by this technician I was in tears.  They have been completely rude.
