We have built several decks out of composite materials with no complaintsI am not sure why u are now unhappy when you and your husband where extremely satisfied and paid us in full Yes I did have a teenager helping me he is my son and is in school for construction trades
he is extremely talented and has more skills then most adults The only delays where not of any fault of are work they where waiting for things to be paid and to come in the materials you selected were not stock items . We did not order materials and we did not pay for materials we were only hired for the labor We picked up and delivered the materials to help out and to save the customer a delivery chargeThe only other delay was waiting for the home owner to do parts of the project him self that he wanted to do to save moneyWe only have days of labor on are part of the project and for a deck of that size is very fast we are professionals and take pride in are work and in making are customers happy I am sorry that you are not

In response to R & T's Property Maintenance, the materials were all paid for in advance. It took three months from the date of hire to finish the deck. There were many days that he did not show up when he was supposed to and did not call. His "son" was not of high school age, he did not know what he was doing and it was likely just a first learning project. Many of the boards were cut incorrectly and left our deck jagged and uneven. We had to replace wood because of this for the job to be finished. It really was an all-around terrible job. When the project was almost "complete" by R&T's Property Maintenance, he approached us and said that he had health problems and another man would be coming to finish it because he had to have testing for his heart and could not do it. He also agreed that it was not a good job and that this new man has more experience and does a better job. I am sincerely disappointed with the lack of customer service and flat out lies in his response. There are many reports filed on [redacted] filed against him and his business. I HIGHLY suggest that anyone considering hiring R & T's property maintenance looks elsewhere.
