Attached is a copy of the lease , addendums, bills, photos and itemization of security deposit.   The reletting fee was charged for non-fulfillment of the lease.  Owner nor management company should not absorb the cost of utilities due to damages from the tenant....

Property was rented by a new tenant 07/18/16. The amount credited back for pro-rated in the amount of 414.19.   The other solution would of been to charged them till the end of the lease term and the property to sit vacant till September 30,2016. The end result to this would of cost more money to the [redacted]. Considering the rent is 895.00 per month for additional 2 more months. Regardless the repairs would still have to take place.     Below you will see the email asking if she needed a copy of the lease.        No ma'am, my husband said he spoke with you.
