later talked via phone.I was told that they were affected by hurricane Harvey and that their entire operation was wiped out by a tornado resulting from Harvey. It took them several weeks to get back online and, even then, it was a skeleton crew. They offered to contact their vendor and have my product shipped to me directly from the vendor but I had already purchased it elsewhere so they refunded my money.
