[Your Answer Here]The response and explanation that Infotaxsquare provided regarding what services they performed further supports my claim that their advertisment which states "We will prepare, complete and file these administrative tasks quickly and effectively, all you need to do is complete our simple order form." is very misleading. I am not a lawyer nor an expert regarding the legal requirements for these types of filings. On the other hand, since Infotaxsquare positions themselves as experts, they should know ahead of time that more action and participation will be required by their client than simply completing their form. It was only after they charged my credit car and received my money that the true process was revealed.

Hi, we are constantly striving to ensure the satisfaction of each customer. [redacted] placed an order on March [redacted], 2017, We prepared the documents the same day and shipped out to the address. The package arrived at post office on March [redacted], 2017 and was picked up by [redacted] by March [redacted],...
2017, [redacted] have to sign and notarize the application (as per County Law) and have to send to county in the prepaid envelope enclosed in the package.[redacted] mailed out to the county on March [redacted], 2017, filed documents were received from the county on March [redacted], 2017 and were immediately emailed and mailed to [redacted]. As per the New York counties Laws the application must be signed and notarized and can only be done by the owner, we have finished the processing as quick as possible. We have no control over the client and department turnaround times. As per the terms and conditions, once the order is completed and the payments to the departments had been made, we cannot issue any refunds.Please feel free to email us at [redacted]
