This title he brought more then 2months ago if it is from my store, because we have been out if stock that title for that long Our policy is things within a week but we still tell him we would reorder disc for him He brought the disc back claiming it does not work disc and 4, I opened saw that disc was crack The disc only cracks when people don't press the botton to snap it open, but pull it, so it cracks, when it cracks, it won't playI offered to order the disc for him if he claim it does not work, but disc it crack due to his elderly mom not knowing how to open it, I could order it but the company will charge a fee Anyway, he start screaming about bad service and how it was crack ahead of time We have been in business for years The dvd is from the manufacturer, all new when we sell It is never crack in the box Anyway, we already ordered disc 3, and he could come and get disc

I screamed because ur employee was so rude and uneducated. she yelled at me and told me to get out of the store.  I asked her name and to talk to owner , she told me to get out of store
disc 3 & 4 does not play. I buy 100$ from ur store and this is the first time I come back for a defective discs. Why would I waste my time dealing with low life like ur employee. 
if I don't get both disc replace
I will be force to bring u to small claim court and bad review on yelp to let people know not to go to ur store and get yelled at with a low class uneducated employee
what kind of store 10 years and do not give out a receipt ?  I will report this also
