January 31st, 2017 I received an estimate for pressure cleaning and sealing my paver driveway. Javier was most helpful in answering all of my questions. He told me that once we have decided to move forward to call Jeanette to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Jeanette and an appointment was made for February 10th. She advised that she would call the night before with a expected arrival time and someone would call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. February 9th and 10th came with no phone call. Around 1:30 in the afternoon, I called Jeanette to find out when someone would be coming. She informed me that the crew encountered a problem this morning and would not be able to make it. I politely told her that a simple phone call would have been proper, as I had taken a day off from work. She said, "they were busy and I don't know what else to say". She attempted to reschedule, but I told her that this experience has made me skeptical about doing business with their company. I said that we may look into another company, but I would talk this over with my husband and let her know. I would think that someone from that company would have followed up with me and apologized, but true to course that did not happen. This company is unprofessional and unreliable.
